cross country

 Last month there was a cross country. It was on September the 25. All the students had to run around a field and the big kids had to run up a hill.I came last in my group. Then after everyone was finished running everyone played. I felt tired 

Geometry

In Te Maunga we have been learning about Geometry. I made a 3d shape and I learnt that a sphere has one edge. It was hard and fun at the same time.

films

 In Te

Maunga we have been learning about films.In film making I made a film called Crazy Cops. I learnt how to film different shots. I also learnt how to edit a film.

treasure hunt

 Last month there was a treasure hunt. We did it because we can save money for Sam Godsiff and his friends.

maths week

 in Te Maunga we have done maths week.What maths week is that if you get all of the answers right you get a prize and it would be a chocolate or two caught being goods.My group had one victory and i got a chocolate.

Dinorama

 Last term Te Maunga made a diorama. The most fun was when my group and I made the dinorama because we had to make the volcano and the cave.

Soundscape

 In Te Maunga we have been learning about soundscapes. I learnt about a conch shell. What I learnt about the conch shell is that you could talk to whales and I learnt about a violin. In my sound scape group we made a zombie soundscape. We used a cushion for a prop and I whistled to make a bird noise.
